I offer 1: 1 counselling for a range of issues. Counselling is a way of helping to you to help yourself and uncover your own insight. I have an interest in mindfulness and am undergoing a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Whether it’s feeling stressed at work, dealing with the end of a relationship, feeling low, anxious or struggling to cope, mental health problems, bereavement, trauma, addiction or illness, counselling may help. I believe that people can start to heal if they feel heard and listened to.
I have a background of working as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS for over 10 years which gives me a wealth of knowledge of different health conditions. From this, I realised the importance of listening and wanted to help people to help themselves through their own individual emotional and physical problems. This led me to completing my counselling training.
