Stephanie combines her knowledge of these conditions and of biomechanics to create personalised treatment programmes, tailored to help reduce pain and improve movement, strength, posture, balance and performance.
Stephanie has experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, specifically back and lower limb. She also has an interest in rheumatology conditions such as osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.
- Hands-on techniques – massage, joint manipulations, myofascial release, trigger point release, reflex inhibition techniques, movement specific stretches and mobilisations with movement.
- Electrotherapy – Therapeutic electrical neuromuscular stimulation (TENS), Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) and ultrasound.
- Exercise therapy – rehabilitation programmes, sports specific training, strengthening exercises and stretches.
- Advice and education – posture, exercise, fitness training, pain management and long term management of specific conditions.
