After Work Yoga
Our Yoga Therapist Zoë will guide you through a slow soothing yoga routine to help you release the stress of your working day. Specifically targeting areas of the body that hold tension, this class will blend Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga poses to encourage your mind and body to let go and relax. Each class incorporates deeper breathing with mindful meditative movement. The session ends with a blissful relaxation which leaves you feeling soothed and calm.
It’s perfect for busy people needing to unwind and release tension after a day at work and ideal for easing out stiff backs.
